Production and delivery estimates

Allow approximately 5 days for production and order preparation, then approximately 10–15 days in transit after dispatch, approximately 15–20 days in total. These are calendar-day estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production and transit are separate. Contact service@lunaverisa.com before ordering for a fixed event date or a personalized request that needs a different timeline.

U.S. Standard shipping

Standard shipping costs $8 for an eligible order subtotal below $70 and is free for an eligible subtotal of $70 or more. Checkout displays the applicable USD charge after discounts. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the threshold.

International orders

Destination availability and applicable shipping charges appear at checkout. Contact us before ordering if your address is not accepted. Customs clearance may add time. Original import duties and taxes may be charged by destination authorities unless checkout explicitly states they are included.

Dispatch and tracking

We email an order confirmation after purchase and a tracking link after dispatch. Tracking may take time to show the first carrier scan. Orders are delivered by shipping carriers; retail-store pickup is not offered.

Delays and address changes

Contact us promptly to correct an address before shipment. Carrier disruption, weather, customs processing and verification requests may affect timing. If we learn of a material delay, we contact you with the revised estimate and available options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

Lost, damaged or missing deliveries

Email us if tracking stops updating, a parcel arrives damaged or a delivered parcel cannot be found. Include your order number and relevant details or photos. We investigate with the carrier and keep you informed. For a confirmed loss, damage or delivery error for which you are not responsible, we arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. We remain your point of contact after carrier handoff, and an investigation does not remove your consumer rights.

Free returns and exchanges

Request a refund or exchange within 30 days after delivery. We cover domestic and international return shipping and exchange-replacement shipping, with no restocking or return-label fees. See the Return & Refund Policy for conditions and the request process.
